Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred
- proficiency with switchboard and telephone systems
- capability to operate computer systems and accurate data entry skills
- knowledge of 10-key data entry preferred
- excellent organizational and communication skills
- ability to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and nights
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- working knowledge of switchboard equipment preferred

- knowledge of 10-key data entry method preferred
- detail-oriented with the ability to coordinate, analyze, and make decisions

Job Duties
- Answer all incoming calls and route to appropriate area or individual
- greet all visitors and assist them in signing in and wearing badge
- enter and scan deposits, charges, and adjustments as directed
- run and distribute census reports each morning and at end of day
- assist in the entry of information related to admits, discharges, and physician changes
- scan all correspondence and any miscellaneous items
- check all therapy charges and attach census to back of each therapist's batch
