Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3+ years of receptionist or administrative experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- High degree of professionalism and strong client service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Experience in a law firm or professional services environment highly preferred
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems or document management systems
- Attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality
- Team-oriented and adaptable
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs

Job Duties
- Greet clients and visitors and provide a professional first impression
- Answer and direct incoming calls
- Maintain an organized and presentable reception area
- Coordinate conference room scheduling and meeting setup
- Provide basic hospitality support for meetings and visitors
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier services
- Provide general administrative assistance to attorneys and staff
- Assist with document preparation, scanning, copying, and filing
- Monitor office supply inventory and place orders as needed
- Support internal meetings and firm events
- Coordinate with vendors and assist the Office Manager as needed
- Report facilities or maintenance issues
- Maintain confidentiality of firm and client information
