The role available is a full-time, day shift position based at River Park Family Medicine, focusing on supporting ambulatory care operations through clerical, reception, scheduling, and patient financial account functions. The incumbent will assist in efficiently coordinating primary healthcare services for a large outpatient client population. Responsibilities include managing patient appointments, handling billing and cashier duties, maintaining accurate patient records, and performing general office operations. The role requires familiarity with medical office environments and the flexibility to handle a variety of administrative tasks. Prior experience in ambulatory care or medical office settings is preferred, and knowledge of medical terminology, although not mandatory, will be advantageous. Job Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • one to two years of experience in ambulatory care preferred
  • ability to perform clerical and reception duties
  • basic knowledge of medical office procedures
  • good communication skills
  • proficiency with telephone and computer operations
  • preferred knowledge of medical terminology
