Job Requirements
- At least one year of corporate receptionist experience
- ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Job Qualifications
- At least one year of corporate receptionist experience
- skilled at managing competing priorities while maintaining warmth, clarity, and professionalism
- confident communicating with individuals at all levels including senior leadership
- comfortable acting as the central hub for information, coordination, and guest experience
- adept with MS Office and quick to learn new systems
- someone who brings sound judgment, urgency, and a poised presence to every interaction
- experienced in reception, customer service, administrative support, hospitality, or related fields
- bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees, visitors, and clients entering the office
- oversee guest check-in, ensure proper routing, and communicate arrivals to internal teams
- manage a multi-line phone system, screen sales outreach, and direct calls appropriately
- coordinate conference room bookings, catering needs, and scheduling requests in partnership with administrative and café teams
- use MS Office daily for calendars, room reservations, and internal communications
- support cross-departmental projects and assist with ad hoc tasks as needs arise
- provide concierge-style support including dining reservations, car service coordination, and other executive requests
- maintain subscriptions and office resources such as newspapers and magazines
- direct employees to Security, Helpdesk, Facilities, or HR contacts when needed
- partner closely with the Founder/CEO’s Office, Executive Support Team, and administrative colleagues
