Job Requirements

  • At least one year of corporate receptionist experience
  • ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • strong communication skills
  • proficiency in MS Office
  • ability to maintain professionalism and warmth
  • experience in customer service or administrative roles
  • capacity to work onsite at Midtown Manhattan office
  • flexible and proactive mindset

Job Qualifications

  • At least one year of corporate receptionist experience
  • skilled at managing competing priorities while maintaining warmth, clarity, and professionalism
  • confident communicating with individuals at all levels including senior leadership
  • comfortable acting as the central hub for information, coordination, and guest experience
  • adept with MS Office and quick to learn new systems
  • someone who brings sound judgment, urgency, and a poised presence to every interaction
  • experienced in reception, customer service, administrative support, hospitality, or related fields
  • bachelor’s degree preferred but not required

Job Duties

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees, visitors, and clients entering the office
  • oversee guest check-in, ensure proper routing, and communicate arrivals to internal teams
  • manage a multi-line phone system, screen sales outreach, and direct calls appropriately
  • coordinate conference room bookings, catering needs, and scheduling requests in partnership with administrative and café teams
  • use MS Office daily for calendars, room reservations, and internal communications
  • support cross-departmental projects and assist with ad hoc tasks as needs arise
  • provide concierge-style support including dining reservations, car service coordination, and other executive requests
  • maintain subscriptions and office resources such as newspapers and magazines
  • direct employees to Security, Helpdesk, Facilities, or HR contacts when needed
  • partner closely with the Founder/CEO’s Office, Executive Support Team, and administrative colleagues
