Our client, located in Palm Beach Gardens, is currently seeking a full-time Receptionist to join their legal offices. The position offers competitive pay ranging from $18 to $20 an hour and involves being the welcoming face and voice of the organization. The Receptionist position is a critical role tasked with creating a positive first impression for clients, visitors, and vendors. Acting as the front desk liaison, the Receptionist manages communications and facilitates administrative support for the attorneys and office staff.
This opportunity is ideal for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and displays strong organizational skills. The Receptionist will be responsible for greeting guests in a professional and courteous manner and handling multiple communication channels such as phone calls and general inquiries efficiently. The role demands a high level of discretion when managing sensitive client information and confidential documents. Additionally, the candidate will handle scheduling responsibilities, coordinate conference rooms, and oversee mail management ensuring all operations at the front desk run smoothly and effectively.
Proficiency in Windows and PC software is necessary to complete tasks such as data entry and document preparation accurately. Previous experience in a legal office or reception setting is preferred but not required, and bilingual skills in English and Spanish will be considered an asset. The employer values a professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, and an ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
With a strong commitment to diversity as a woman-owned firm, this employer fosters an inclusive work environment. They provide reasonable accommodations for candidates with disabilities throughout the application and employment process. The Receptionist role is subject to background checks where permitted by law following a conditional offer. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
As part of the compensation package, eligible employees may receive medical, dental, and vision benefits along with paid time off as per local laws. Other benefits include paid holidays, 401(k) retirement plans, life insurance, disability coverage, and employee assistance programs. Additional compensation methods such as overtime, shift differentials, and bonuses may also apply.
