The Receptionist role at indiGO Auto Group's Porsche Little Rock dealership offers an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced and dynamic environment. This full-time position plays an essential role in maintaining a smooth flow of operations and enhancing the overall customer experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for answering phones, greeting customers, coordinating mail services, and supporting dealership operations through a variety of clerical tasks. This position demands excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with precision and professionalism. Job Duties

  • Answers telephones and directs callers to the appropriate associate
  • Clearly communicates caller and customer inquiries to the appropriate party
  • Greets and assists customers
  • Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of mail services
  • Assists with other related clerical duties to support dealership operations
