Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or administrative role
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 8 AM to 8 PM
- Energetic and professional demeanor
- Familiarity with office equipment and scheduling software
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently

- Previous customer service or administrative experience in a high-volume environment
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Strong communication skills
- Bi-lingual skills are a plus

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome customers in a professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls appropriately
