We are currently seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our dynamic team. This critical role serves as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, ensuring a warm and professional atmosphere from the moment someone walks through our doors or calls our office. As the Receptionist, you will be responsible for managing a variety of administrative support tasks that contribute directly to the smooth and efficient running of the dealership. Your duties will include greeting visitors, managing phone communications, scheduling appointments, and handling essential paperwork and data entry. Additionally, you will coordinate with various departments to facilitate effective communication and workflow, making your role vital to the overall success of our daily operations.

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a warm and professional manner
