Job Requirements
- High school education or equivalent
- previous experience in a customer service role preferred
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to take initiative and lead when necessary
- reliable and responsible with a team-oriented mindset
- strong organizational and multitasking skills
- basic proficiency in MS Office
- physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices
Job Qualifications
- High school education or equivalent
- previous experience in a high-standard customer service environment preferred
- excellent interpersonal, presentation and relationship-building skills
- strong ability to take initiative and demonstrate leadership
- strong sense of personal responsibility and reliability
- strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- ability to effectively respond to and meet the needs of a diverse client base
- proficient with computer skills including MS Office
Job Duties
- Be the first point of contact for customers
- greet and welcome customers with a positive attitude
- set the tone for a friendly customer experience
- check in VIP appointments and direct customers to the appropriate team members
- coordinate front desk activities including answering and directing incoming phone calls
- track incoming sales calls in the CRM system
- maintain a strong work ethic with total commitment to success every day
- assist customers with any questions directed to the reception desk
- perform other duties as assigned
