Job Requirements

  • High school education or equivalent
  • previous experience in a customer service role preferred
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to take initiative and lead when necessary
  • reliable and responsible with a team-oriented mindset
  • strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • basic proficiency in MS Office
  • physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices

Job Qualifications

  • High school education or equivalent
  • previous experience in a high-standard customer service environment preferred
  • excellent interpersonal, presentation and relationship-building skills
  • strong ability to take initiative and demonstrate leadership
  • strong sense of personal responsibility and reliability
  • strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
  • ability to effectively respond to and meet the needs of a diverse client base
  • proficient with computer skills including MS Office

Job Duties

  • Be the first point of contact for customers
  • greet and welcome customers with a positive attitude
  • set the tone for a friendly customer experience
  • check in VIP appointments and direct customers to the appropriate team members
  • coordinate front desk activities including answering and directing incoming phone calls
  • track incoming sales calls in the CRM system
  • maintain a strong work ethic with total commitment to success every day
  • assist customers with any questions directed to the reception desk
  • perform other duties as assigned
