Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior receptionist or front desk experience preferred
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to operate multi-line phone systems
  • proficiency with office equipment such as scanners and copiers
  • detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • ability to maintain a professional and positive demeanor under pressure

Job Duties

  • greet clients visitors and callers in a professional and welcoming manner
  • manage a multi-line phone system and route calls appropriately
  • coordinate conference room scheduling and setup for meetings and depositions
  • handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries across office floors
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of reception and common areas
  • assist with scanning copying and document preparation
  • manage kitchen and office supply inventories and restock as needed
