- High school diploma or high school equivalency required
- one year of administrative or clerical office work experience preferred
- bilingual English/Spanish preferred

- bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
Job Duties
- Answer, screen, and direct calls using the Switchvox telephone system
- greet patrons, employees, visitors, and vendors and log them into the visitor sign-in sheet
- provide information regarding agency services and policies
- prepare various periodic and special reports
- type correspondence including reports, forms, and schedules
- file and archive materials according to an established system
- operate and maintain standard office equipment
- assist receptionists at other centers and provide coverage as needed
- distribute lunch tickets and maintain related logs
- receive and distribute packages from delivery companies
- submit facility work orders through designated system
- assist mail room clerk in sorting and routing mail
- participate in department monthly meetings with feedback and reports
- tidy and maintain the reception area
- perform other duties as assigned related to job responsibilities
