The receptionist will be responsible for greeting all individuals entering the front office in a courteous and professional manner, effectively managing their business needs while ensuring security protocols are followed. Handling incoming telephone calls with professionalism and responsiveness is essential, including providing accurate information and taking messages when necessary. The role also involves managing outgoing mail and ensuring the front office area, including all business equipment, is kept in excellent working order.   • process all outgoing mail efficiently
  • maintain and organize the front office area and all related business equipment
