  • Minimum of one year experience preferred
  • Experience in RV or automotive dealership environment preferred
  • Exceptional interpersonal and telephone skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional personal presentation
  • Customer service oriented
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to learn company system applications such as Systems2K
  • Ability to sit or bend for long periods
  • Ability to reach above shoulders and lift a minimum of 50 pounds
  • Ability to engage in continuous visual activities such as computer use

Job Duties

  • Answers telephones and directs the caller to the appropriate associate
  • Transfers calls to associate's voicemail when unavailable
  • Greets and directs visitors to the company
  • Takes and retrieves messages for personnel
  • Provides callers with company information including address, directions, fax numbers, and website
  • Maintains cleanliness of customer lounge and reception areas and ensures availability of refreshments
  • Coordinates pick-up and delivery of express mail services such as FedEx and UPS
  • Assists in ordering, receiving, stocking, and distributing office supplies
  • Performs clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, filing, and collating
  • Keeps customer areas clean and organized
  • Performs other duties as assigned by management
