The role of Receptionist at Neches Federal Credit Union is crucial in maintaining the professional, warm, and efficient front-line interface between members and the credit union’s departments. This position primarily involves greeting and guiding members in a manner that reflects the values and service standards of the credit union. The Receptionist will assist with managing a multi-line telephone system, ensuring calls are handled efficiently and directed appropriately. Additional responsibilities include sorting and distributing mail to various departments, contributing to the smooth operation of administrative functions. This full-time, non-exempt role is based in the Administration office located in Port Neches and requires a 40-hour workweek with a schedule from Monday through Thursday, 8:15 AM to 5:15 PM, Fridays with varying hours, and rotating Saturdays in the early morning.
