Job Requirements
- hs diploma
- minimum of 3 years administrative or front office experience
- proficiency with microsoft office suite
- strong organizational and communication skills
- dependable and professional
- able to adapt to changing priorities
- ability to sit, stand, and move intermittently throughout the day
- capable of using a computer, telephone, and standard office equipment regularly
- occasionally lift up to 25 pounds
- comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with moderate-to-loud noise, temperature changes, and production-area conditions
Job Qualifications
- minimum of 3 years of administrative or front office experience supporting leadership or operations teams (manufacturing environment preferred)

Job Duties
- serve as the first point of contact for visitors, employees, and vendors by managing front-desk interactions and multi-line phone system, ensuring inquiries are handled promptly, messages are accurate, and all interactions reflect a professional, responsive experience
- manage calendars and travel logistics for the leadership team, including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and ensuring efficient coordination of all arrangements
- prepare and distribute new-hire onboarding packets and employment forms to prospective employees
- manage daily office logistics, including mail and package distribution, supply inventory, and vendor coordination, ensuring the front office remains organized, stocked, and professional
- manage document preparation, scanning, and digital filing systems, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and professional presentation of records and reports
- maintain and update administrative forms, templates, and logs to ensure consistency and efficiency in front-office operations
- identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency, communication, and customer service
- maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception and supply area
- perform other duties as assigned by leadership
