The ideal candidate will be fluent in Microsoft Office and demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and telephone communication abilities, coupled with great attention to detail. The role also entails responsibilities in supporting security efforts by greeting and screening visitors, vendors, contractors, employees, and residents to ensure the safety and well-being of the community. Additionally, the receptionist will manage the receipt and distribution of packages and mail, maintaining accurate records and notifying recipients timely.

This position operates with a schedule of Saturdays and Sundays from 10:30 am to 6:30 pm, emphasizing the importance of independence and reliability in fulfilling duties. Experience in clerical office work, reception, scheduling, or related fields for at least one year is preferred, further enhancing the ability to meet the dynamic needs of the community efficiently.
