Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- six months general office, receptionist, or administrative support experience preferred
- proficiency in operating telephones, fax, copier
- working knowledge of MS Office Suite
- clear and professional speaking voice and tone
- professional interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations
- ability to work scheduled hours including Saturdays and flexible shifts

- ability to work schedule including Saturdays and beyond standard business hours
Job Duties
- Greet guests and visitors, offering assistance when entering the building
- notify staff members when appointments arrive and escort guests to the appropriate room
- answer routine questions about services, products, and location directions
- immediately notify and involve management with customer service and security issues
- receive deceased belongings from family and follow chain of custody procedures
- answer, screen, and route incoming calls to appropriate staff members
- maintain a comfortable environment for clients, providing beverages and other amenities
- maintain guest-waiting area by disposing of trash, replacing tissues, and straightening furniture
- receive incoming mail and packages
- maintain organized and current electronic and paper files and records
- perform light typing, proofreading, data entry or printing as needed
