Job Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe Photoshop
- High school student or qualifying business/office management degree
- Interest in art, architecture and engineering related pursuits is a plus

Job Duties
- Open front door for visitors and couriers with deliveries
- Greet clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Process and log visitor and employee information as necessary
- Answer phone calls and transfer to appropriate employees
- Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Check office inventory and provide a list of needed supplies
- Assist in preparing conference rooms for meetings and Lunch & Learns
- Facilitate team building/fun activities over lunch breaks for better connections amongst hybrid employees
- Maintain a clean reception area and decorate for holidays/festivities
- Support architects with office tasks like organizing project files
- Perform data entry in Excel and Ajera (project management system)
- Learn MasterSpecs to enter specifications and design standards in drawings with guidance from a Designer or Project Manager
