Conviva and CenterWell are committed to putting health first not just for their patients, but also for their employees, promoting a supportive, inclusive work environment that values diversity and equal opportunity.

The Receptionist role at Conviva Senior Primary Care is vital to the patient's first experience with the practice and supports the smooth operation of the medical center. The Receptionist works under the guidance of the Center Administrator and within established operational protocols.

This is a full-time position with a scheduled workweek of 40 hours, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The compensation range for this role is between $38,000 and $45,800 annually, with eligibility for a bonus incentive plan based on company and individual performance. The selected candidate will also participate in Conviva's tuberculosis screening program as this role involves patient-facing responsibilities.

Conviva Senior Primary Care offers a robust benefits package designed to support whole-person well-being, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) retirement savings, various types of paid time off including parental leave, short- and long-term disability insurance, life insurance, and other wellness programs. The company prioritizes work-life balance and employee growth by providing flexible scheduling options, clinical certifications, leadership development programs, and career coaching to help associates develop their careers from the outset.
