Job Duties
- Answer and manage multiple phone lines promptly and professionally, directing calls to the appropriate departments or personnel
- Greet clients, visitors, and vendors warmly and assist them with their inquiries or direct them to the correct contacts
- Perform general office duties including filing, copying, faxing, and maintaining office supplies and equipment
- Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings to support administrative staff and management
- Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing communications and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
