- Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills
- Excellent computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and data entry tasks
- Experience with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette to handle calls professionally
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience as a dental or medical receptionist is a plus, along with personal assistant experience or bookkeeping knowledge
- Attention to detail for proofreading documents and maintaining accurate records
