Job Duties
- Greet incoming visitors warmly and promptly while facilitating their registration process with politeness
- Conduct the process of checking out guests from the hotel
- Overcome guest hurdles during hotel accommodation
- Complete enrollment by issuing electronic keys based on guest room choice
- Communicate vital information about the guest's room location and coordinate team member to accompany guest
- Provide hospitality kit including room keys and gifts as a token of appreciation
