Legend Biotech is currently seeking a Receptionist to join its Administrative team based in Bridgewater, NJ. This full-time role involves managing front-desk operations and providing essential administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day office functions. The Receptionist acts as the primary point of contact for visitors and employees, responsible for greeting guests, controlling site access, and facilitating communication within the office environment. Additional responsibilities include supporting event planning, managing onsite snack programs, maintaining shared spaces, and assisting with catering requests. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, professional communication abilities, and a customer service-oriented attitude to enhance the overall workplace experience. - High school diploma generally required, associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize
- Knowledge of computers and relevant software applications such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Verbal and written communication skills

Job Duties
- Greet clients, visitors and guests as they enter the office and administer any sign-in activities
- Direct person(s) to correct destination
- Control site access through management of visitor badge process
- Answer telephone calls and transfer calls to the appropriate person
- Monitor site cameras and alarms and notify responsible parties as needed
- Sort and distribute mail
- Aid in emergency response activities
- Perform administrative support activities for various departments
- Maintain a strong on-site presence in Bridgewater NJ office, assisting with office management and coordination
- Manage onsite snack program, including pantry maintenance and keeping conference spaces neat and fully stocked
- Support in event planning such as team-building activities and holiday celebrations
- Complete all catering requests with accuracy and timeliness
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
