Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- proficiency with Microsoft Office and scheduling software

- ability to maintain confidentiality in handling client information

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome clients as they arrive, creating a warm and professional first impression
- answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as needed
- schedule appointments and manage the calendar for tax preparers and other staff
- assist clients with inquiries and provide information about our services
- handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and office correspondence
- maintain a clean and organized reception area
- provide administrative support, such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
- ensure client information is handled confidentially and securely
