The role of Receptionist at Stark Tech serves as the "First Impression" contact for the organization, making it a pivotal position within the corporate Innovation Center. This full-time role is key to providing concierge-level customer service and administrative support to clients, visitors, employees, and all other stakeholders interacting with the company. The Receptionist will manage incoming communications via phone and mail, coordinate reception and conference room schedules, and support the daily operations of the Innovation Center with professionalism and efficiency. The position demands a high level of organizational skill, discretion, and technical aptitude, as it requires handling multiple requests in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accurate and timely communication.
Candidates considered for this position will have at least a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field such as psychology, education, or business, coupled with a minimum of three years experience in receptionist or administrative roles within a professional services environment where confidentiality is paramount. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite at an intermediate to advanced level is required, and familiarity with software tools like Concur TE, Adobe, and Photoshop is preferred. The ideal applicant is tech-savvy, resourceful, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, alongside the ability to adapt flexibly to changing circumstances.
