This position is designed for individuals with strong customer service skills who are passionate about making a difference and can thrive in a fast-paced setting. Although healthcare experience is not required, candidates with backgrounds in hospitality, retail, or other customer-facing industries will find their skills highly transferable. Serenity Healthcare offers comprehensive training to ensure that the Receptionist is fully prepared to handle the responsibilities unique to the healthcare environment.\n\nWorking 3 days a week on 13-hour shifts, the Receptionist will manage essential front desk operations including greeting patients, managing check-in and check-out procedures, verifying patient information, assisting with necessary forms, and handling phone and email communications with clarity, kindness, and accuracy. Scheduling and confirming appointments are also key duties, requiring the use of modern digital tools and office systems to maintain efficiency. The Receptionist is expected to keep the front desk area clean, calm, and welcoming, demonstrating adaptability and teamwork as the needs of the day evolve. Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of customer-facing experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and maintain composure under pressure
  • Proficiency with email and scheduling software
  • Willingness to learn healthcare privacy and protocols
  • Availability to work 3 days per week, 13-hour shifts

Job Qualifications
