Carlton Senior Living is a dedicated and compassionate senior living community committed to enriching the lives of older adults by providing personalized care in a warm, supportive environment. We understand that a special group of individuals is needed to help our residents live their lives to the fullest while feeling surrounded by love, kindness, and care. At Carlton, our philosophy centers on the belief that happy employees lead to happy residents, which is why we invest in creating a positive workplace culture. We offer attractive benefits, hands-on training, and opportunities for career advancement to those who embrace and embody our unique 'culture of caring.' Our mission extends beyond just care—it’s about creating a vibrant community where residents thrive and team members feel valued and supported.

We are currently seeking a Receptionist to join our exceptional team at Carlton Senior Living. This role is essential as the 'Director of First Impressions,' serving as the welcoming face for residents, families, visitors, and staff. As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for establishing a warm and professional atmosphere by greeting everyone with kindness and providing accurate information and direction. The position is on-call and requires availability for either morning or evening shifts: the AM shift runs from 6:00 am to 1:30 pm, and the PM shift from 1:30 pm to 9:00 pm. This hourly role offers a competitive pay rate between $18.00 and $18.50.

In addition to reception duties, you will handle various administrative tasks such as maintaining resident records, managing incoming and outgoing mail, and coordinating with different departments like maintenance. You will also provide vital support to the Sales and Activities teams by assisting with event coordination, guest arrangements, and the preparation of marketing materials, contributing to the vibrant community life of our residents. Safety and professionalism are paramount in this position, as you will support safety protocols, emergency plans, and elopement prevention practices while keeping the front desk organized and presentable. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to foster a collaborative atmosphere among residents, families, and team members.

Carlton Senior Living takes great pride in fostering a culture where every employee plays a critical role in the overall experience of our residents. By joining our team, you will be part of a supportive community that values your contributions and offers ongoing growth opportunities. With benefits such as annual raises, anniversary bonuses, immediate pay, fitness and education reimbursements, complimentary employee meals, holiday pay, sick and vacation time, and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, we are committed to supporting your well-being and success. If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of seniors and want to work in a rewarding and dynamic environment, Carlton Senior Living welcomes you to apply and become part of our family-oriented community.
