The role available is for a Receptionist at o9’s Dallas headquarters, offering a part-time, shift-based employment opportunity totaling 30 hours per week. This position is key to representing the company’s positive brand image as the first point of contact for visitors and internal stakeholders alike. The receptionist role entails providing an energetic, warm, and professional welcome to all who enter the office, ensuring a seamless front-office experience. Candidates must commit to a consistent weekday shift with two options available: 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM or 12:30 PM to 6:30 PM.

The ideal Receptionist candidate will be hands-on, motivated, and reliable, capable of multitasking across various administrative duties such as managing visitor flow, coordinating office catering, handling mail and deliveries, and maintaining building access assignments. This pivotal role requires maintaining discretion and confidentiality, as well as collaboration across different teams and stakeholders throughout the organization.

The position offers an annual salary range of $20,000 to $28,000, supplemented with eligibility to participate in medical, retirement, and other company-sponsored benefits. This salary range may vary based on factors such as location, experience, certifications, and licenses. Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Greet visitors in a professional, energetic, positive, and courteous manner
  • ensure desk/room reservation procedures are followed
  • assist with ordering, receiving, and distribution of office supplies and pantry items

  • receive, sort, send mail as needed via various couriers
  • coordinate office catering
  • responsible for main line messages during business hours
