Job Requirements

- 2-4 years of receptionist experience preferred

Job Duties
- Greet visitors, patients, and associates entering the facility
- Provide assistance with all transportation needs of patients
- Address customer needs and direct them to proper destinations
- Answer and route telephone calls to appropriate locations
- Assist Facilities Assistant with closing out preventative maintenance work orders
- Maintain an up-to-date phone directory and emergency contacts
- Maintain a listing of Do Not Announce patients for all facilities
- Work with departments on multiple campuses to handle customer service requests
- Assist Admissions department with after hour admissions
- Coordinate all code calls and alarm messages
- Route mail and memos to proper recipients
- Contribute to a positive and effective work environment
- Accomplish team-related results as needed
