We are currently seeking a responsible and dynamic individual to join our team as a full-time Receptionist. This role is critical to ensuring a smooth and positive experience for residents, their families, and visitors as the first point of contact at our front desk. The Receptionist will be tasked with delivering exceptional customer service while efficiently managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will manage the business center operations, oversee incoming and outgoing mail, maintain safety and security protocols, and foster teamwork through cooperative interactions with colleagues across departments. Strong communication skills are essential, as the Receptionist will handle telephone calls, direct messages accurately, document significant incidents, and respond effectively in emergency situations. Additionally, the role involves organizing front desk and lobby areas, maintaining visitor and reservation logs, and supporting maintenance requests. Certification in food handling, first aid, and CPR is preferred or must be obtained within the first three months of employment, reflecting the community's commitment to safety. Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service
- answer telephones and direct calls to appropriate individuals promptly and professionally
- manage business center operations including processing incoming and outgoing mail
- maintain a safe and secure environment by following established safety standards
- encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with coworkers and other departments
- keep front lobby area and front desk clean and organized
- direct emergency personnel to emergency locations and serve as the primary contact in case of emergencies
- document significant incidents in the logbook
- maintain visitor sign-in and sign-out book, reservation book for guest rooms, and complete maintenance work orders
