Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience preferred but not required
- Proficiency in office software

Job Qualifications
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail
- Familiarity with collision repair receptionist duties is a plus but not required

Job Duties
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional manner
- Answer phone calls, manage inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate personnel
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members
- Perform clerical duties including filing, data entry, and maintaining office records
- Maintain the front desk area to ensure it is tidy and presentable at all times
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including correspondence and report preparation
