In this position, the Receptionist will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of clerical and administrative duties. Responsibilities include greeting clients and visitors, managing phone calls, directing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and maintaining comprehensive office records. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational abilities, proficient office software skills, and a courteous and professional demeanor. Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred

  • Familiarity with collision repair receptionist duties is a plus but not required

  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional manner
  • Answer phone calls, manage inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate personnel
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members
  • Perform clerical duties including filing, data entry, and maintaining office records
  • Maintain the front desk area to ensure it is tidy and presentable at all times
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including correspondence and report preparation
  • Support team members with various projects as required
