The Front Desk Receptionist role within these medical groups is an essential position that helps maintain the smooth operation of the facility. This full-time position offers a competitive starting pay of $20.00 per hour, which may vary depending on experience, skills, and location. The Front Desk Receptionist acts as the welcoming face of the facility, responsible for managing reception duties with professionalism and care.

In this role, the receptionist is responsible for keeping the work area, lobby, and conference rooms neat and organized, ensuring a pleasant and professional environment for visitors and staff. Handling all incoming calls with a courteous and positive demeanor, routing calls appropriately, and taking messages when necessary is a key function. Greeting walk-in traffic warmly, the receptionist determines the visitor's needs and promptly connects them with the appropriate personnel. Demonstrating empathy, tact, and patience, the receptionist maintains professionalism and good judgment in all interactions, creating a welcoming atmosphere for patients and customers alike.

Additional responsibilities include managing schedules for personnel and visitors, overseeing incoming and outgoing packages with accurate logging, and maintaining conference room calendars. The receptionist is expected to stay proactive during slower periods by organizing paperwork, collating mail, and entering data to keep workflow efficient. Compliance with company policies, including those regarding acceptable internet use during work hours, is crucial.

Beyond routine duties, the receptionist assists supervisors with special projects and other tasks as directed by management. This role requires the ability to juggle multiple assignments and meet deadlines while embodying the company's values of fairness and maturity. Access to policy and procedure materials and familiarity with their contents is necessary to ensure knowledgeable support within the office. Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • keep work area, lobby and conference rooms neat and organized
