The role of Receptionist at North Central Care & Rehabilitation is a vital position focused on being the first point of contact for visitors, residents, their families, and staff. Working on a Wednesday through Sunday schedule from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, the receptionist operates in a supportive and collaborative team environment. The successful candidate will demonstrate a warm, friendly demeanor and be adept at managing the front desk area while maintaining a professional atmosphere. This position requires strong communication and organizational skills to answer incoming calls, direct inquiries, and provide relevant information about the facility and its services. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in receptionist or customer service role
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to maintain a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Dependable with strong teamwork abilities
  • Availability to work Wednesday through Sunday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
