In addition, the Receptionist handles inquiries from the general public, participants, and families, effectively communicating organizational information as directed by leadership. The role requires a high level of professionalism, interpersonal skills, and an understanding of organizational operations. Beyond telephone and visitor management, the Receptionist also offers clerical support to leadership team members as needed, contributing to the smooth operation of administrative functions. Job Duties

  • greet and attend to visitors promptly and professionally

  • maintain a welcoming reception area
  • manage scheduling and communication tasks related to visitor flow
