The Receptionist role at Conviva Senior Primary Care is essential in managing front desk operations and supporting the medical team within a fast-paced healthcare setting. This position ensures a welcoming environment for patients and visitors, handling appointment scheduling, patient record management, billing processes, and routine administrative tasks. Reporting directly to the Center Administrator, the Receptionist plays a crucial role in facilitating smooth daily operations and enhancing patient satisfaction. Additionally, the role is patient-facing and requires adherence to health screening protocols, including tuberculosis screening.
This full-time position is located onsite in Daytona Beach, FL, at the Conviva North Daytona center, operating Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The Compensation ranges from $38,000 to $45,800 per year, with eligibility for a bonus incentive plan based on individual and company performance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, a collaborative spirit, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and the ability to efficiently multitask in a dynamic environment.

- One year or more of healthcare experience or strong customer service background such as retail, hospitality, or call centers
- Commitment to enhancing patient experience and care
- Strong customer service and phone skills
- Collaborative and positive team player
- Efficient multitasking in a fast-paced setting
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access)
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet patients and visitors in person and by phone
- Schedule and manage patient appointments, coordinating with medical staff
- Maintain and update patient records in EMR and CRM systems
- Process billing, update patient accounts, and collect copayments
- Answer calls, respond to inquiries, and provide general information
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Assist with office tasks such as ordering supplies, managing inventory, and arranging courier services
- Make decisions within defined parameters for work expectations, quality standards, and timing
