We are currently seeking a professional, reliable, and personable Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is integral to the daily functions of the company, serving as the first point of contact for clients, attorneys, lenders, and real estate professionals. As the face of Precision Title Company, the Receptionist/Administrative Assistant will embody a positive attitude and excellent communication skills to create an inviting and efficient office atmosphere. The Receptionist/Administrative Assistant will be responsible for greeting clients and visitors warmly, answering and directing phone calls efficiently, and managing incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and emails. Additionally, this role supports staff by assisting with various administrative and clerical tasks essential to smooth office operations. Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional front office environment is critical to projecting the company’s values and fostering a welcoming setting for all visitors and employees. This position demands a detail-oriented individual who can multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel, is required, while experience with SoftPro Select or similar industry software is preferred but not mandatory.
