The Receptionist role at JLL’s Milwaukee, WI facility offers a unique opportunity to be the welcoming face and heart of a vibrant workplace. Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences by warmly welcoming visitors, anticipating their needs, managing arrivals and departures, proactively answering questions with energy and professionalism
- Manage communications efficiently by monitoring and responding to inquiries through the shared email inbox promptly while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail in all correspondence
- Oversee conference room operations by monitoring bookings, prioritizing reservations based on executive hierarchy, assisting with event planning, coordinating meeting space setup, and guiding employees through the reservation process
- Coordinate vendor and visitor access by tracking all guests and vendors, managing parking validations, facilitating vendor entry, welcoming event attendees, and maintaining security access card inventory distribution
- Provide comprehensive guest support by maintaining updated lists of local amenities, restaurants, caterers, transportation options, area maps, and ensuring guests feel welcomed and productive in all office spaces
- Serve as technology and facilities liaison by acting as the point of escalation for A/V equipment, WiFi access, teleconferencing issues, printer concerns, and creating Corrigo work order requests as needed
- Support facility management operations by accomplishing key performance indicators, identifying best practices, establishing benchmarks to measure performance, and updating employee experience guides and SOPs as changes occur
- Collaborate cross-functionally by partnering with team members to communicate guest service trends, develop streamlined processes, provide backup support for Workplace Associates, and complete HR duties in accordance with JLL policies
