The Receptionist role at Campers Inn RV is crucial as it directly impacts the first impression customers receive when interacting with the company. This position is responsible for providing a high level of hospitality, delivering exceptional customer satisfaction, and fostering loyalty. The Receptionist will manage communication channels such as answering phones, greeting visitors, and providing information about the company. Job Duties

  • Answers telephones and directs the caller to the appropriate associate
  • transfers callers to voice mail when associates are unavailable
  • greets and directs visitors to the company
  • takes and retrieves messages for various personnel
  • provides callers with company information such as address, directions, fax numbers, and website
  • keeps customer lounge and reception areas clean and ensures refreshments are available
  • coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services
  • assists in ordering, receiving, stocking, and distribution of office supplies
  • performs related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing, and collating
  • maintains cleanliness and organization of customer areas
  • performs other duties as needed by management
