Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 or more years of customer service experience in a professional setting
  • Authorization to work in the United States on a permanent basis

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 or more years of customer service experience in a professional setting
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and phone line management
  • Superior communication skills with ability to effectively and professionally communicate across various mediums and diverse groups of people
  • Excellent organizational skills, problem solving, and attention to detail
  • Proven ability to maintain confidential information and meet compliance standards
  • Able to manage competing priorities

Job Duties

  • Greet all guests and clients visiting our office following set procedures to create a welcoming and safe environment
  • Answer and direct all phone calls coming into the main company phone line
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the lobby, conference rooms, printing stations, and kitchen, including completion of opening and closing procedures and regular maintenance on appliances
  • Restock and track inventory for kitchen, coffee, and office supplies
  • Distribute incoming mail and send outgoing mail
  • Keep front desk resources up to date, including phone lists, procedure checklists, and other manuals and documents necessary for the front desk
  • Coordinate meeting and event logistics when needed
  • Complete any other projects and tasks as assigned
