Job Duties
- Answer, screen, and route incoming calls
- take accurate messages
- maintain the reception area including cleanliness, organization, and stocking essential materials such as forms and brochures
- receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages
- maintain visitor logs, issue visitor badges, and monitor access to the office
- schedule and manage meeting rooms
- coordinate appointments
- assist with administrative tasks including filing, data entry, copying, faxing, and scanning
- order and manage office supplies inventory
- provide basic information to visitors and employees
- escalate inquiries as needed
- ensure front-desk security protocols are followed by monitoring access and reporting suspicious activity
