Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Answer, screen, and route incoming calls
  • take accurate messages
  • maintain the reception area including cleanliness, organization, and stocking essential materials such as forms and brochures
  • receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages
  • maintain visitor logs, issue visitor badges, and monitor access to the office
  • schedule and manage meeting rooms
  • coordinate appointments
  • assist with administrative tasks including filing, data entry, copying, faxing, and scanning
  • order and manage office supplies inventory
  • provide basic information to visitors and employees
  • escalate inquiries as needed
  • ensure front-desk security protocols are followed by monitoring access and reporting suspicious activity
