Job Requirements

  • minimum 1-year experience using multi-line phone systems
  • basic computer skills with Word, Excel, and Internet
  • good oral and written communication skills
  • professional and stylish appearance as per company dress code
  • dependable and punctual
  • ability to work independently
  • strong multitasking and prioritization abilities
  • bilingual Spanish and English preferred

Job Duties

  • Screen calls and route them professionally
  • greet and guide visitors with a polished first impression
  • manage visitor logs and direct guests to associates
  • provide administrative support to the Chief Operating Officer
  • oversee opening and closing procedures of office and distribution center
  • assist Human Resources with clerical duties and background checks
  • prepare the weekly open-market setup for vendors
  • reserve and prepare conference rooms
  • coordinate travel arrangements
  • send and distribute faxes
  • type correspondence and assist with projects
  • sort and distribute mail
  • update corporate phone list and calendar
