Job Requirements

  • Available to work Saturday and Sunday 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Proficiency in office applications and equipment
  • Ability to perform financial transactions
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in office applications including multi-line switchboard copier and mailing equipment
  • Ability to handle basic financial transactions such as preparing deposits

  • Ensures outgoing mail is ready for pick up

  • Arranges meetings and business trips
  • Performs unscheduled administrative tasks
  • Maintains inventory of office supplies
  • Receives checks prepares deposits and takes them to bank
