Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two years of customer service experience
- Availability to work flexible hours including early mornings and evenings
- Strong reading and writing skills
- Ability to work independently
- Clear spoken English
- Strong computer and Microsoft Office skills
- Valid driver's license

Job Duties
- Display a working knowledge of emergency procedures after training
- Utilize the internal radio/paging communication system throughout the facility
- Perform registration functions including conference/meeting attendee lists, printing name badges and tents, and preparing daily meeting/event lists
- Confirm meetings and headcounts as needed
- Greet and escort visitors
- Update data board with meeting information and announcements
- Restock business center and meeting room supplies, notifying the manager when orders are needed
- Provide proper telephone service and operation
- Handle Aramark and attendee mail, messages, and special deliveries
- Assist guests as needed
- Support financial and reporting tasks as assigned
- Participate actively in training programs directed by the manager
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
