  • flexible and resourceful in navigating an office environment that ebbs and flows with business demands
  • excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
  • working knowledge of Microsoft products including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • physical demands include walking, climbing stairs, sitting, or standing for long periods of time, and occasionally lifting up to 50lbs

Job Duties

  • Welcome and assist visitors
  • answer and direct phone calls
  • provide a professional first point of contact
  • open and close the office daily
  • maintain an organized and tidy office environment including reception, conference rooms, kitchen, and storage areas
  • coordinate with building management to address maintenance, security, and facility-related concerns
  • order and replenish office supplies, safety supplies, and office refreshments
  • manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and company UPS and FedEx accounts
  • ship packages and track destination locations for billing purposes
  • manage and distribute company-wide recognition cards such as birthday and anniversary cards
  • provide administrative support to the Partners and corporate team including notary responsibilities
  • coordinate catering and logistics for meetings and events
  • perform additional administrative or office support tasks as assigned
