Job Duties
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
- Manage and maintain reception area cleanliness and organization
- Receive and distribute mail and deliveries
- Schedule meetings and manage conference room bookings
- Assist with basic clerical duties such as filing, copying, and data entry
- Maintain office supply inventory and place orders as needed
- Support the administrative team with additional tasks as required
