Job Duties

  • Greeting all guests in a courteous, professional, and welcoming manner
  • Answer incoming calls with clarity and professionalism
  • Respond to general inquiries and route calls appropriately to admissions counselors, processors, assistant directors, or the dean
  • Maintain a helpful, positive demeanor in all in-person and phone interactions
  • Open, sort, and distribute incoming mail in a timely and efficient manner
  • Assist in the planning, preparation, and execution of high-impact recruitment events
  • Demonstrate strong punctuality, reliability, and attention to detail in all duties
