Job Duties
- Greeting all guests in a courteous, professional, and welcoming manner
- Answer incoming calls with clarity and professionalism
- Respond to general inquiries and route calls appropriately to admissions counselors, processors, assistant directors, or the dean
- Maintain a helpful, positive demeanor in all in-person and phone interactions
- Open, sort, and distribute incoming mail in a timely and efficient manner
- Assist in the planning, preparation, and execution of high-impact recruitment events
- Demonstrate strong punctuality, reliability, and attention to detail in all duties
