Job Duties
- Answer telephone, screen and direct calls
- provide information to callers
- greet persons entering organization
- direct persons to correct destination
- deal with queries from the public and customers
- monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness
- provide general administrative and clerical support
- prepare correspondence and documents
- manage mail and deliveries including creating shipment labels, setting up packaging and sorting through received mail
- assist in conference room scheduling and resolve schedule conflicts
- assist in coordinating meetings and organize catering
- provide support in office-related events
- control inventory relevant to reception and breakroom areas
- tidy and maintain the reception area
- assist Office Manager and HR with new hire onboarding tasks including setting up office badge, creating desk name tag, and ordering essential desk equipment
- manage and update telephone list, client list, and related mailing lists
- assist with fulfillment projects by assisting with printing, stuffing, binding and outbound mailing tasks
- assist with special projects as needed
