Job Requirements
- High school degree or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
- Ability to operate multi-line telephone systems
- Computer literacy with knowledge of Microsoft programs
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and emergencies
- Ability to work under pressure and multi-task
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in work involving public contact such as customer service is desirable
- Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Spanish
- Able to operate a multi-line telephone system
- Must be computer literate with extensive knowledge of Microsoft programs
- High school degree or equivalent required
- College education preferred
Job Duties
- Answer phones with proper phone etiquette and direct all calls in a polite and friendly manner to the appropriate person
- Monitor the doors as to incoming and outgoing persons
- Maintain lobby area in an orderly manner, free from clutter at all times
- Report unusual incidents to management
- Make the best first impression and provide effective customer service
- Promote positive public relations with residents, family members and guests
- Provide clerical support for the administrative staff
