  • strong communication skills
  • proficiency with multi-line phone system
  • ability to greet and assist visitors professionally
  • capability to perform clerical and administrative duties

  • ability to work collaboratively with team members

Job Duties

  • Answer and direct incoming calls on a multi-line phone system
  • take messages and provide general information about the college
  • greet on-site visitors and determine the nature of their business
  • announce visitors to the appropriate staff
  • perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, creating documents, and running errands
  • collaborate with the Phoenix Center Director and other staff members to support college goals
  • maintain a welcoming and efficient front desk environment
