- ability to greet and assist visitors professionally

Job Duties
- Answer and direct incoming calls on a multi-line phone system
- take messages and provide general information about the college
- greet on-site visitors and determine the nature of their business
- announce visitors to the appropriate staff
- perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, creating documents, and running errands
- collaborate with the Phoenix Center Director and other staff members to support college goals
- maintain a welcoming and efficient front desk environment
