Job Requirements

  • Motivated individual who is a people-person with a friendly personality and can work in a fast-paced organizational skills
  • must be able to multi-task and be well organized
  • team oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
  • proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
  • must have a clean valid driver’s license

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • experience in customer service or receptionist roles preferred
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel and Word
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • team-oriented with a focus on customer service excellence

Job Duties

  • Welcome clients to the dealership in a hospitable and professional manner to set the tone for their luxury experience
  • answer phone calls with excellent etiquette and customer service skills while directing calls to the proper party or gathering information for follow-up
  • act as a brand ambassador for the business
  • perform administrative duties as assigned to ensure efficient and effective processes
  • maintain a welcoming and organized reception area
  • manage scheduling and coordinate appointments
  • assist with customer inquiries and direct them to appropriate departments
